Employees in animal health are always faced with the challenge of familiarizing themselves with extensive subject areas and scientific facts. The entire pool of knowledge about a drug, a therapeutic area, or an indication expansion is usually spread across many different documents: studies, review papers, slide decks, videos, regulatory documents, conference materials, and other publications.
In order to focus employees’ attention on the essential aspects and lead them on with a clear learning journey, these existing materials must be combined into an engaging slide deck that follows a didactic concept to become a self-study tool tailored to a particular target group.
We need to prepare our countless existing materials into an engaging slide deck that is a didactic, visually arresting, and comprehensible self-study tool for our employees.
Unlike slides that support a lecture or presentation, in a self-study tool, the information to be conveyed has to appear on screen, as a voice-over, or as text in the notes.
